Here's what the IDiots do say about evolution..

They don't quite reject 'microevolution' (changes / adaptations within a species or general population) because it's too bleedin' (obviously) true

They do reject 'macroevolution' (speciation), though, despite the mechanism being the same. Oh and say that Adam & Eve (the first modern humans) just popped into existence..

Feynman was an interesting character, very colourful and charismatic. Was it Feynman who birthed the popular physics movement on TV? Before then the natural sciences didn't seem to stray beyond the walls of academia.

Umm.. I don't think so. But he was all of the things you said he was, and certainly the modern-day TV physicists usually have something nice or idealistic to say about him
