How does Mowl have a low IQ? He's talented at art, music and writing - most people would struggle with acquiring just one of those skills. Never mind 60, I'd put Mowl's IQ in excess of 130 - well above most of the population. I'm confident that Mowl would be able to master mathematics, literature, poetry, programming, science, philosophy etc. if those subjects interested him. Abilities in art, music and writing are transferable to other areas.
